* Two (2) night minimum stay on the last weekend in July and all weekends in August. (Reservations that include a Friday or Saturday must be for a minimum of 2 nights. Both nights will be charged at check-in. No refund will be issued for leaving a day early.)

• Rates based on single or double occupancy. There is a $20.00 charge for each additional person 18 and over per night per room.
• No Charge for Children under 18 (when staying in parents room).
• Deluxe continental breakfast is included with room rate.
• Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card.
• A valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
• Cancellations must be received by 3:00 pm the day before arrival or a cancellation fee equal to 1 night's room rate will be charged.
• All rates subject to current Maine Lodging Tax at time of stay (currently 7%).

• Check-in after 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
• A room restoration fee of $200 will be charged for smoking in any room.
